Unforgettable Poems of Mukagali
On February 9, in honor of the 95th anniversary of the birth of the prominent Kazakh poet Mukagali Makataev, a meaningful literary and poetry evening titled “Unforgettable Poems of Mukagali” was held in the library’s literature department. During the event, library staff and students reviewed the poet’s exemplary life path, jointly analyzed his heartfelt poems, and shared the sincere impressions inspired by each verse.
At this spiritual evening, where poetry and destiny intertwined, the library team organized a challenge based on the poet’s poem “What Is Happiness?”, reflecting through poetry and thoughtful discussion. At the end of the evening, participants sang together, felt the eternal spirit of Mukagali’s poetry, and departed with warm feelings and heartfelt memories.
